European shares / stocks down,  turned lower in a choppy day of trade on Monday, as uncertainty over the formation of a coalition govt in Germany weighed on markets.

Afternoon play may oso look to Euro for a leaf n is likely follow DOW style with perhaps German election on focus, it mkt may turn abit +ve. (Markets weighed on Germany).

    And as mentioned before last Friday, usualy for consolidation (reverse spilt) the price tends to fall right after the consolidation.  Whether it will go up or not later depends of the percieved potential of the company and of course the BBs.

    Consolidation (or reverse split) 17:1 = $0.0224 x 17 = $0.3808 per share after consolidation

    Current Mkt Price per share = $0.066, after consolidation $0.066 x 17 = $1.122

    so if you buy  at $0.066 and after consolidation price falls below $1.122, you lose.

    Why the different between the $0.0224 (agreed price between the current and new owners) and the mkt price of $0.066? = Potential

    Potential:

    1) current share owners gets all the capital reduction $ before the issue of new shares

    2) 2 additional land parcel under discussion

    3) Current 7 parcel of lands are values at > RM2.7billions

    4) Potential of significant returns (profits) when the properties are developed.

    Therefore the mkt estimation of the current potential of the company  is (in a sense)

    => $0.066 - $0.0224 = $0.0436

    Bro, I don't really monitor big cap stocks n sti especially sti because it can't really represent all counters in my opinion. You see, sometimes sti close green but many counters in the red. I'm actually referring to pennies n mid cap stocks. The weakness is just a short one I think n after that it should moves up again. It may only last a few days maybe at the beginning of the coming week. The bull haven't end yet. In between the bull run, there will be some weakness in between. I think this is common. We haven't encounter super bull run whereby almost any counters we buy we will make money, and volume will be very big in top 30 with many micro pennies top the chart. If we encounter this, then market likely to end. On why I said market turning weak. There are 3 reasons. Volume too high on Thursday at top 30, many pennies top the chart and most chiong counters cannot close day high or near day high.

Can you explain why you think market is turning weak, what are the signs that give you this conclusion. From charts, I find that the banks and sti seems to be forming double bottom and thus in doubt

    If its true,   Its Historically break all time record for new share issue at one go................

    and probably holds record for most share float of a company in anytime in History in past and present horde of listed company.

      Than NTA how much after issue ?

    BUT share holders long before already given   the management     authority to decide whatever it deem fit to issue any amount of new shares in interest of the company without having to go get future approval prior to               issue. Management decides......................

    7.5 Proposed Share Consolidation
    It their once and only chance to consolidated 17:1 as it will not been able to do it very often.

    After consolidation, prices may remain flat with initial much interest boost by BBs to keep interest going.

    Volume trade was half or less then the previous day, trade with care on short term.  Valid for coming Monday trading oni.

    Looking at previous day, distribution in progress and on last  Friday, it price still hold with much lower volume.
