I rmb my friend bought a agri land in Iskandar 20 years ago at RM 2 Mil when talks of iskandar was still happening.   He recently it for more than RM 20 million. LOL

Heresay from agents that almost 3000 options for 300+ units and all taken up... WOW Iskandar projects launches are flying off the shelves like hot cake.. ... Some of the Albedo's proposed sites are near ECO world.. will it be the same?... Just for thoughts...
