Ezion going strong according to DBS n KEtrade. YHM is even more stronger in %term. That's why players often like to play on penny share, higher return when one strike on the correct counter. YHM is one among in oil n gas services. The long awaitng game maybe over.

Understand watch list can oni last three years, isit?, and is not forever.

(Cut n paste from Asiatic forum). Thinking of coming CGX relisting  play after it got suspended. With their warrant play n re-painted new look company, looking very rosy and players may also think so...me think other wise.

Why I don like warrant  / shr  conversion?.

Each time when come to converting warrant to mother shr, and it may involve several hundred of thousand of dollars.

For simply reason, BBs pay up  the cheaper the better, pay less cash up front. ONLY after all the conversion is over, then...is ok.

Right to mentioned so for those who share holders  has benefit from this exercise, those not will it think it that way. So at last closing of 0.052c, share over certain time will climb back to 6.5c (think it is high likely), mean while in between now and warrant run out of date, plus " new share" set at 0.035c.

With " new share" coming on board " New share" - 0.035c, the entry new price maybe,  likely  set  lower.

Can any kind folk correct my thot, if I'm wrong. please do. (kam sia)

Take reference from 6.5 cents per share during placement exercise - this is price the substantial shareholders think it is worth investing in the company future growth. Allowing them to double their holding at 3.5 cents per share via rights issues with free warrants have even lower their entry price per share.

Therefore, the share price has to climb back to at least 6.5 cts after rights issue exercise. But It could go higher and higher as these substantial shareholders think the company can go further - the very reason why they put their monies into the company at 6.5 cts per share.

For everyone lot held at 0.140c - assuming, one has to pay 0.070c for one " new share" + two warrant.

After it went Ex-right, share was down to it 0.530c on first Ex-day  opening. 

With  " new share" selling@0.035c (to be pick up by players). Was wondering  how will it work out!!.

+  two warrant set@0.0175c  to pay for,  players still required to  convert warrant  into mother share, mkt players will still hav to folk out the different  to convert into mother share. paying  the different by topping whatever price  maybe. Thought warrant is convertible to mother share within 2 years - right?.

Whatever mkt players is playing on mother share + 'new share" is value  by mkt players (to be trade on.....)

Last mkt prices  closed@0.052 cents

Yup, no one will or wish to  sell at that price of 2.3 cents.

one for one right at 0.035c plus two warrant to subscribe at 0.0175c each.

Think today players buy/sell (trade  value) at average of 0.0525, that is based on last day before it went Ex.

Assuming on average is $0.140 cents players bought on last day before it went Ex-right.

I don buy into it....Last stop for shares holder is at 0.190 cents, this time no where near there.

let  big time speculators to  fight it out, against each others. big risk, wrong time - big losses.

Drop or don drop. Think Koreans will cut their losses and move on...the same thing happen here.

For a fair deal concept, Ezion's is eyeing $0.16 cent park at YHM. In exchange  YHM  will get more of it fair share of contract work from big bro. (mentioned more contracts for  this year and next year)

EZION Holdings - just announcement a $62.6 mil contract over four years for a bareboat  chartered  for a refurblished jack up rig. Upgrading and refurblishing work is expected to commence  at the  Middle East yard next week and the rig is scheduled to be delivered by mid 2104.

Currently Ezion has one service rig near Qatar, 2nd one will come on stream by early next year, will be deployed around that region as well. Ezion has expectation of three additional contracts this year and eight more for next year.

DBS recommended a buy TP price: $3.20c  - We contniue to like Ezion's strong growth, profile and earnings visibility.
