After it went Ex-right, share was down to it 0.530c on first Ex-day  opening.  With  " new share" selling@0.035c (to be pick up by players). Was wondering  how will it work out!!. +  two warrant set@0.0175c  to pay for,  players still required to  convert warrant  into mother share, mkt players will still hav to folk out the different  to convert into mother share. paying  the different by topping whatever price  maybe. Thought warrant is convertible to mother share within 2 years - right?. Whatever mkt players is playing on mother share + 'new share" is value  by mkt players (to be trade on.....) Last mkt prices  closed@0.052 cents

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Yup, no one will or wish to  sell at that price of 2.3 cents. one for one right at 0.035c plus two warrant to subscribe at 0.0175c each. Think today players buy/sell (trade  value) at average of 0.0525, that is based on last day before it went Ex. Assuming on average is $0.140 cents players bought on last day before it went Ex-right.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Take reference from 6.5 cents per share during placement exercise - this is price the substantial shareholders think it is worth investing in the company future growth. Allowing them to double their holding at 3.5 cents per share via rights issues with free warrants have even lower their entry price per share. Therefore, the share price has to climb back to at least 6.5 cts after rights issue exercise. But It could go higher and higher as these substantial shareholders think the company can go further - the very reason why they put their monies into the company at 6.5 cts per share.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Based on prospectus, dilution after ex-rights, NTA is 5.75 cts . The share price cannot be so low at 2.3 cts - no one will sell at this price. 3.5 cents per rights issue and if fully subscribed will raise the capital base for the company - so technically it is not 2.3 cents. We cannot dilute the warrant as there is a time value of 2 years for the warrant holders to be vested in the company future without putting in more capital. The 2.3 cents is simply the intrinsic value or base for cum rights - 7 cents divided by 3 shares if bought during rights trading .

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Those who did what you say are going for coffee money unless they are trading in huge volume. As of now till listing of new rights share, the share base is only 251 mil and most are in investors holding more a million shares - which provides stability. When things stabilise, there will be gap up in share price. The share has an intrinsic value due to its viable business. So if it goes down too low, value investors will mop up the mother shares - even speculators will mop up. This sets the share price . If a person own the rights or bought it and sell at ex-rights, technically he owns the share at 2.3 cents per share - so he has to sell the mother shares higher than this. Barring any bad news, the share price will not go to this level as there many buyers waiting to buy in due to NTA at 5.75 cents.
