x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Trading at higher price than mother shares due to intrinsic value of warrant - ie. 2 years expiry at low exercise price of 1.75 cents per share. Longer term investors should exercise the rights and reap the full benefits. Share price will be stable and gradually move up after rights issue.

To be entitled to the two free warrants, the condition is to exercise the rights share . Those who sell their rights share will not be entitled to the free warrants. The free warrants will be credited in your CDP and you can exercise into mother shares anytime within 2 years of the validity period.

These investors come onboard basing on their assessments of the business. Their followers will come onboard sooner than later. 6.5 cts is support - may go higher if there is more corporate actions.

For simply reason, BBs pay up  the cheaper the better, pay less cash up front. So at last closing of 0.052c, share over certain time will climb back to 6.5c (think it is high likely), mean while in between now and warrant run out of date, plus " new share" set at 0.035c. With " new share" coming on board " New share" - 0.035c, the entry new price maybe,  likely  set  lower. Can any kind folk correct my thot, if I'm wrong. please do. Allowing them to double their holding at 3.5 cents per share via rights issues with free warrants have even lower their entry price per share. Therefore, the share price has to climb back to at least 6.5 cts after rights issue exercise. But It could go higher and higher as these substantial shareholders think the company can go further - the very reason why they put their monies into the company at 6.5 cts per share.
