Most brokerages have stated that all short selling need to " tick" the checkbox " short selling"

    However if you have not mark it as a short sale... and you execute the short sale.. you will need to tell your broker. (at least its a requirement)

          But then I have not heard of anyone getting fine for not marking as a short sale.. they only get fine if they never cover on the same day.

Trouble is, you can't follow him even if you want to. He only post AFTER the event and try to entice you to sign up for his course. If you believe him, then go ahead and pay for the course lah. But I am not convinced by after event trading leh

    He will make whatever statements that will prove his credibility in predicting BB movements, as such statements are free anyway in forums..

            Up to individual to make the choices  to follow him or not...

While it has been the usual practise for the broker to square off the buy/sell positions

    on the same day, it is not clear whether with the new marking rules apply in such instances.

Logically, if the short position is covered on the same day, it would mean the seller is able to make

    delivery by the due date, thus making it effectively a covered short?

  Can any remiser/ex-remisier can enlighten further on this?

I am no sifu..

  but i agree with some statements here that this is a punting stock..

    in the stk mkt you cannot not punt.. everything is a punt, only depends whether fast or slow movement..

News is out: more projects to come.. so what more are you waiting for ?

Advice:

This one if you have a strong heart.. all in.. .. 6mths to 1 yr... double this px you see now (our own prediction only).

short term 1 week trade? Just do intraday trade better.. In and out fast.. save you the headache and sleepless nights.

It appears that 25%-40% is normally for penny stocks below 40cents.

And after correction they went on to double up or triple up.Or

In my many years of stock-betting,  my cut-loss point is always only 2 clicks against my entry price...

    Very tight stop-loss points, I must say... to me, holding a loss is taboo...

One must remember this ...

if you play stocks.. have cut-loss and take profit strategy.

no amount of intelligence or sayings from others here in the forum shld sway you away from this fool-proof strategy.

This is also the reason why people can hold a stock that falls from many dollars to one dollar...

  It is because every day, every week, they are waiting for it to go back up...

        And all the while, of course the holder will be singing praises for the stock... lol... Smiley
