But Rowsley business is very unique in that it is a developer cum architect.   Lets assume it should be trading at 7x...that means the price should be around $1.54.   But it will take a long time to get to the price....as the market has not realised this.  So if RSP business get integrated into Rowsley and Rowsley make more announcements with RSP architect about the land in Iskander, this counter will definitely inch towards the above price.   If we take a longer term view like2 years, the counter is a definite buy.   Not forgeting that Rowsley will need to raise cash soon (announced) so that they have the capital to develop the islander land on hand But this is entirely my opinion as a layman.   Do you own research
