News is out: more projects to come.. so what more are you waiting for ? x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	A few months ago reading  from the Malaysian news there were persistent lobbies to get the authorities to hike the purchase of Johor properties by foreigner  to a minimum price of RM1M from the current RM500K.  I guess if the economy in the world is doing alright all round, then it should not be much of an impediment  to the success of the project, aside from  any unpredictable change in the political situation.
