My only grudge is that only 2 cents dividend  was declared... since I am expecting at least 2.5 cents.

Airways Holdings Limited has posted a profit after tax of $2.0 million for its third

financial quarter ended 31 December 2012 (3Q FY12-13), versus loss after tax of $17.4

million in the previous corresponding period (3Q FY11-12). This was on the back of a 47.1%

rise in 3Q FY12-13 Group revenue to $247.7 million, from $168.4 million recorded in 3Q

FY11-12.

For the nine months ended 31 December 2012, Group loss after tax contracted to $30.0

million, from $87.9 million recorded in the same period a year ago, on a 36.9% increase in

revenue to $625.6 million, from $457.1 million a year ago.

OUE has decided not to revise the Offer Price. OUE " has enabled F& N shareholders to increase the value of their

investment, TCC’s offer price having increased from S$8.88 to S$9.55. This represents an increase in the

value of F& N as a whole, of almost S$1 billion." Vgood decision!!!

x 0 		It seems to me that banks that lend $ to Swiber  would be  happy and enriched by Swiber's increasing book orders and profit. Retail investors who want dividend would be better off focusing on other stocks. Otherwise, we have to be more careful trading in this stock.
