Cosco Corporation (Singapore) Limited on Thursday posted a 24 per cent year-on-year decline in net profit to S$105.69 million for the fiscal year ended Dec 31, 2012. Turnover slipped 10 per cent to S$3.73 billion from S$4.16 billion a year ago. Earnings per share came in at 4.72 cents, down from 6.24 cents a year earlier. A 2 cent-per-share first and final dividend has been proposed. |

My only grudge is that only 2 cents dividend was declared... since I am expecting at least 2.5 cents. COSCO, keep up your good work! |

Cosco n Mr Y are darling of previous bulls.historically such stock does not really recover until the next next bull phase.
There is reason. Why it not recover. Their earning will never reach the heydays back in pre financial crisis level anytime soon. Well u may think it tie back to H chip but still they are oversupply of ships around. YHM is a mysterious act of growing potential but of course comes with risk n time execution. But if it is supported by Ezion. Their growth is definitely far exceed both C &Y |
