Issuance of 151,993,000 Offering Shares (subject to the Over-­allotment Option) at the Offering Price of S$1.10 per Offering Share

• Additional 94,161,000 Shares subscribed for by Cornerstone Investors

• Company is targeting gross proceeds of S$270.8 million from the Offering and Cornerstone Tranche

• Post-­‐ listing, controlling shareholders continue to be Keppel Corporation and First Reserve, the largest global private equity firm exclusively focused on energy

• Public offer opens at 9.00pm on 12 July 2013, and closes at 12.00 noon on 17 July 2013 Singapore, 12 July 2013

Woww....so many things can be contributed by Papaya, no wonder papaya 81 is sooo popular. Till our health science say a okk....need Western Dr for approval stamp, our TCM still cannot "pakai" (no stamp for approval)

Actually, papaya has many medicinal benefits, of which some are quoted in Wikipedia:
  • The mature (ripe) fruit treats ringworm, green fruits treat high blood pressure, and are used as an aphrodisiac.
  • The fruit can be directly applied topically to skin sores [1].

When to sell ???? No strict rules and you won't be tight down. Your own 'instinct' is your best guide - when you're making money, that's is right rule for you, the rests are just rules. There is one rule though - never be greedy!!! Cheers!

  however only the BBs will take action to dump or pump.. retailers will suck thumb ..

  My advice is stay sideline if you are not confident to play this stock..

    someone has posted something v. interesting at the any stock can talk thread. Funny but its the truth..

The pro - Usually BBs is offer something, think like better pricing, they sure subscribe, then maybe just maybe start selling after pumping it up.

The con - (BBs) others players who does not hav benefit from this and such execises, is likely to pump down.

The retail - may just get to catch the flu n get caught...

Another way to look at it...a better word is re-organising, look like business and it financial strength also requried to be re-organized.

This is not first time owner sold ship, be monitering for 1 to  3 years liao, then  price was hoving around less then 0.20c.

Now it seem price remain stagging but attractive again??.

Same thot as 1 to 2 yeras back. Asset rich lehh.
