Frankly if I have shares here, I would sell and exchanged it with 2 time of Polaris and still have good chance to make good money out of the exchange because Polaris is quite actively volatile and has been building a base of ard 2.3 cents.

Another way to look at it...a better word is re-organising, look like business and it financial strength also requried to be re-organized.

This is not first time owner sold ship, be monitering for 1 to 3 years liao, then price was hoving around less then 0.20c.

Now it seem price remain stagging but attractive again??.

Same thot as 1 to 2 yeras back. Asset rich lehh.

Happi Trading and would like to share my thot with would players here in SJ.

Just look at two successive rights, last year 8 cents rights, this year 5 cents rights. Overall calling shareholders to inject ard 7.5 cents. Shares collapsed from pre first rights. People are really losing alot here. SELL is the word, as who knows if the third rights issue coming? Also if it breaks 5 cents, it will not climb up again.

I'm sure the directors of Otto Marine cannot be so deaf and not hear what is happening on the ground. If they purpose is to issue Rights and want the shareholders support, they must refute such allegations. In Olam case they straightaway step forward to defend the reputation of the company. In this case, if their share get BUY UP it will gently put the rumour to rest. What is 6,000,000 shares !!!

I'm sure Otto Marine should set the record straight else allegations will be taken as TRUTH !!!

Now they are indirect telling people don't BUY because we shorted a lot. Now you know you know the management has some problem... what problem aiyah said some problem. Don't ask so much.The directors should step forward to BUY to dispel the rumours. What is 11, 000, 000 to the directors ??? Afterall they are accusing or insinuating that the directors are insipid, incompetent, crooks who mismanage the company.

how about this post on the 2 june. changes already take place and they doing good to revamp and this quarter likely also in the black after so many sales transacted recently.

frankly i think .... you keep saying you know you know management has problem .... in actual fact you are saying you know you know we are raiding the company raiding the company. but you cannot say that mah.

just like noble they also said the company got problem but nothing to show ... today noble still there. anyway because of them i also got confused and did not go in..

if tenacious said is correct bb oversold, should be true i also take a look at the chart indeed oversold plunging too much. it is true i checked

Has been busy with work.

Market sentiment is poor due to Nikkei sell-down .

Ship building is at the bottom and only way is up. after all the big shipyard reporting poor results , YZJ Cosco , JES also.

I think has made positive changes and the new board has started to show results. i will add a little more on low and wait for industry to gain traction . now the play is on Energy , Oil & Gas. Property and 2nd line prop just over . 1-2 cycle it will come.

at this price downside low : if clear 8.5 then 9.1 is next level.

Mid long term will be better..Changes looks positive .

Just my opinion. Vested odd lots at 82/83..will average up if clear 8.5 & 9.1 convincingly

this group who talked bad about otto, wrote in noble forum must sell noble must sell until noble reach 80c. i was shocked, it is like a command must sell must sell. if you are the one holding the stock you also get mad.

wow i have been reading the msgs. i kind of understand how tenacious feel. if you tracked my conversation in noble forum recently there was a command to sell by this group who talk bad about otto must reach 80c ... i was baffled i wrote in the forum why sell ??? they said must sell it must reach 80c but till today never happen leh...as i continue to track noble still above 90c, ... analysts now said noble is reversing. after what they said i dare not buy also. don't believe you go and read the msgs.

tenacious may be right, so far provided many info. i checked is correct. sorry i do my homework mah cannot just say company got problem which company no problem. but result show financial is now in the black .... i check so many medias mentioned leh

Have you heard anything from any medias, .... BT, Bloomberg, Maritime, Yahoo, Reuter etc... They are waiting to report any bad news if they can catch wind. I'm sure you know that ... so far I heard nothing, .... how about you ???

Let the market play, maybe those who start the rumours are wrong. Wonder if Otto Marine management found out, that forums were created and baseless accusation is levied on them during the launch of the Rights ??? Then we will know who is wrong, ..

I am having a sound mind btw ... faslehood is still falsehood otherwise provide info

Any insight info on the management team? Sometimes is integrity problem.. Hope I am not scaring u.. Coz usually for me I don't anyhow short or buy unless the financial is sound for the company..my first golden rule..

Agree they want all of us to abandon the SHIP (the ship is sinking) so they can board the SHIP.

Otto Marine on Monday posted a net profit of US$279,000 (S$345,000) for the first quarter ended March 31, 2013, reversing net losses of US$9 million a year ago. This was driven by contributions from the sale of a vessel and higher vessel use, as well as reduced losses in the geophysical segment, it said. Revenue climbed 12.2 per cent year-on-year to US$134.4 million, while earnings per share for the quarter improved to 0.01 US cent, from losses per share of 0.48 US cents a year ago. Otto Marine said global economic conditions of the shipbuilding industry remained challenging.
