Your positive thinking is very good for daily living...

ie. having no worries, and having confidence in everything.

But always bear in mind that in the stock market,

'corrections' come in all sizes and durations...

All players take risks, also in all sizes... Smiley

??? What's there to worry.... the market can't be going up all the way...This is just a correction...

nope, after i sell my GAR. i will not touch stock market until i see a recession or depression. i need to recoup my losses, not increase it. i need my next transaction to be right and not wrong. and the best time to buy is during a recession or depression, unless i become a full time trader. but that will not be any time soon.

i have curbed my urge to trade daily. i no longer gian gian must buy. i guess i have learn my lesson liao. see how, if by wed i cant breakeven for GAR, i will most likely fill at whatever price i can get liao. and once close my trade, i will most likely not come here liao.

Make no mistake about it...

No matter how many childish notions are held, the stock market will remain as it is forever.

Both outflows and inflows of funds are happening every minute and every day...

That is precisely the reason why the stock market is unpredictable.

And strictly speaking, since the stock market is unpredictable,

there is no such thing as 'pro trader' a speculator is a speculator,

regardless of his/her academic knowledge ... Smiley

i am going to liquidate my GAR holdings once i can breakeven. lose commission nvm liao.

with outflow of capital and so much uncertainty, i think not worth holding onto my holdings.

and i also think that if we go into another recession it will become a depression cause there might not be a QE3 and even if there is, people will be skeptical cause QE2 only helped for a while.

and if there is QE3, china will raise rates again, and well, things are going to turn ugly.

going to take my time in studying liao. hoepfully can liquidate at breakeven price.

ipunter why you also leaving? going to play US liao ah? BT ipunter gone. then no more course, no more people airing their views.

even though the market is very much a lone wolf game, but without u 2 things will be very quiet.

it is true, would anyone of you want to share money with me? i doubt so, the only reason why most people will shout rally is cause they have already accumulated enough, and keep shouting to get others to buy and push the price up for them.

noise will only affect one's decision. after reading jerry livermore book , which daniel intro to me, i have come to some thoughts. need some time to sort out and find my own system.

not everyone is like BT who states his entry and exit. o well, spent quite a few Ks learning this precious lessons. if i dont see u 2 again, thanks for the guidance you 2 given me. and to G jie for showing concern. and the rest who have interacted with me in my short stay here.

will pop by to read the posts but most likely will not comment much le.

whether depression or not, we will know after June this year..

this outflow of capital will cause STI to be mid term bearish.

Anyway, I am sure many newbies and veterans,

including myself, will like you to to be here.

How can you foresake them and us when they

need you so much here? You must be here...

                                          Otherwise Gaecia, EPLiew, IceTomato,
