my uncle is very generous when it comes to donation.. i guess tat's why he's always blessed with $.

10 years ago, he wanted to buy another landed-property and the same thing happened again. He rejected the higher price quoted by the seller. A few months later, the seller came and agreed to the lower price that my uncle's willing to buy.. (rumours spread that the seller owed a lot of $ and forced to sell away his properties).. again he bought the property at 850k when the market price was close to 1M. now the land i think worth more than 1.3M

anyway I think GAR GAR is doing well compared to the rest
