I remember just before 1998 before the last Financial crisis that rock the world, the sub prime saga that brought down the unflappable Lehman Brothers.
IT was 13 cents then - and there are ppl whom say its was a GEM and would move up to 40 cents.............then eventually it fell to its FOOT at less than 2 cents.
From a peak of 20+ cents fell to 13 cents than all the way to less than 2 cents...........or its historic price was $1 over ? was there ever ?
NO it was $4 if you scrap its history- its past journey.................see below - cut and pasted...
If it can recover to 50 cents ...it would be wa WoW already :)

The first dividends will do miracle. Now that its cash rich - maybe its time to reward share holders even a 0.001 per share good will dividend would be very positive move that could enhance its movement in price. 60 MILLION. If just let go 10 million to shareholders as a Thank you thing. Imagine.
BUT unlikely to happen but likely is - announce a big bonus for the director's fee and CEO Bonus . Shareholders only cheers no cash $$$ :) wait longer.
Maybe 5 years down the road when it hit 15 cents than can think about it. BY than oil exploration, Gas business would have boom and also the housing land development in the USA...........multi prong boom. also construction..........
The potential is there definitely but takes a bit of time to realized - maybe a good CEO matters.
so for now - at most it can hit 5 cents that would be the best in 6 months to year and ding dong ding dong............. like zig zag pattern. 2.4 - 2.6, 2.4 2.5, 2.7................3 cents..............2.8, 2.7, 2.8, 3.1,3.4....................4cts.............3.6cts...........3.2 cts........4.2 cts.......5 cents........a long journey to reach 5 cents maybe its a 2 years journey :)
