SINGAPORE, Feb 21 - CIMB Research has downgraded Singapore offshore marine company Otto Marine to underperform from neutral and cut its target price to S$0.25 from S$0.39. STATEMENT Otto Marine's fourth quarter net loss of S$9.3 million was worse than CIMB's expectations. This stemmed from weaker-than-expected shipbuilding and specialised offshore service contributions, said CIMB. In addition, the firm's net profit for fiscal year 2010 was only 52 percent of the broker's estimate. The brokerage also cut earnings estimates for Otto Marine's 2011-2012 fiscal years by 23-24 percent as they expect lower orders and weaker contributions from the rest of Otto's businesses. Another brokerage, DMG & Partners, has downgraded Otto Marine to sell from neutral and lowered its target price to S$0.25 from S$0.335. At 0257 GMT, Otto Marine shares were down 8.3 percent at S$0.275 on a volume of over 2 million shares. It has fallen 23.6 percent since the start of this year.

china doesnt like palm oil anymore

Cut my loss on Indoagri :(

 

Soy bean is expecting a good crop, hence it'll help to push down palm oil as it can be an alternate. Also China has changed its import tax on soy bean to import more, hence palm  oil price might be hurt for some period.

there are some times when the  stock market or share do not move in the direction that we expect
