Yes you right. Whole world on shaky grounds for some reason. People are running to buy gold and oil to hedge their risks.
With all the happenings around the world today, man-made and natural, the 2012 effect seems to be kicking in sooner than expected.
Gonna spend all my money before my expiry date hits me in the face... hmmm....

oil price will eventually come down..... new oil field are discovered in isreal.

So it is count-down to Dec 21, 2012? What is the point of money now? Haha. But seriously, the Mayan/Sumerians have no more calendar after the date, and we are still playing stocks now?
This civilization is too short, lah. If going by calculations based on the Bible events, man is about 10,000 years old or so on earth. About 8,000 years before Christ was born and currently 1975 years have passed after Christ's ascension to heaven. Jesus born AD 3 and raised from the dead crucified by the Romans at the age of 32.
Think of it, Jesus said his coming will be at the ending of the world, and if 2012 is going to be the end, we don't have much time to sell our stocks.
So better sell?.

HUGE paper loss for my ShiTXOSV
contra losses for my GSP as for now 29 lots at 2.02
but out of this storm, I gained something invaluable: ture support from my gf ( only during bad times u see the true colours of human )
and also concern from you guys here cheers
