In a bear market, it is the reverse of a bull market.
In both situations, people can simply 'whack' on any stock and make money.
This is what the stock market (bull and bear markets) is all about...

Yes... playing long well means knowing when to sell...
What's the point of holding and holding until you go broke?
When you play long, you must always know
when to sell.
And it is only when you have mastered this that you
are ready to play some shorting...
