| Wilmar’s plans to enter the Indonesian flour market |
| Wilmar International, the world's largest listed palm oil company, plans to enter Indonesia's consumer flour market possibly in 2012. This is expected to intensify competition in the country. The plan would put Wilmar in competition with Bogasari Flour Mills, in a market which is seeing increasing number of new flour mills and comes amid renewed global fears over rising wheat and food prices due to tight supply. Wilmar might use flour mills owned by the unit of Malaysia's PPB Group in Indonesia and its own distribution network to sell the flour. PPB's unit, FFM Berhad has a milling capacity of around 1,000 tonnes per day and the group plans to spend US$46m to double its flour production capacity in Indonesia and Malaysia over the next two years. Wilmar recently bought a 20% stake in FFM. Indonesia's flour market is dominated by Bogasari Flour Mills, a unit of instant noodle maker Indofood Sukses Makmur, which has a total flour milling capacity of 15,000 tonnes per day. The group’s venture into the flour market in Indonesia is in line with its long-term strategy to expand its products range and lower its distribution costs.   Pending review, we maintain Neutral on the stock and TP S$5.80. |

today friday..... i think you said something like you dare not hold over the weekend.... you are not the only one, others also think the same, so maybe that is why sti getting weaker? profit-taking going on..... i guess
but i'm still happy that sti is above 3040.... in fact, if sti can somehow manage to close above 3070, that would make me very happy :D

You are such a responsible guy...
Much better than those who tell people to " buy on dips" ...
(as if they must be surely right)...
Thus, I " tapet" (salute)  you...

Now the struggle is whether to go down to $1.69 first and then up to $2.30 or the other way round? Hard to decide lol.
