BT and Gaecia, how do you read the portuguese bond sales ?

BT if more money goes to bond market will equity market experience lesser cash and hence lower volume ?

 

PARIS/LONDON (Reuters) - European stocks inched higher in early trade as Brent crude retreated for a third session in a row, but the gains were limited as investors braced for a key bond auction from Portugal.

At 8:07 a.m. British time, the FTSEurofirst 300 index of top European shares was up 0.1 percent at 1,148.53 points.

" A drop in the oil price is likely to see equities push higher," said Matt Brown, trader at Catalyst Markets.

" However, with the Portuguese bond auction today and euro zone sovereign debt issues coming back into the forefront, the market could be in for a turn."
