Thanks to MBT. He said it is difficult to find the 'sweet spot' between supply and demand. But this time he really 'OB'ed' Good for those who have a place but challanging for those who just started.... With such high prices many might just become slaves to the economy

yes, u are right.... risk is much smaller than stock market.
a 4 room hbd can fetch 2,600 monthly rental income. if only the old folks collect rent and stay with their children.

actually i'm not sure..... 2.44-2.45 would be a juicy peak to short..... but can it really go back to that region?
