So you bought another condo or HDB?

I can rent out the whole place and go stay with my brother. Financial freedom if I want it now, but I think its too early to retire yet     Smiley

EC, i am watching the dividend to give hints on shorting....

 

normally after dividend payout.... it drop down.....further

yes, u are right.... risk is much smaller than stock market.

a 4 room hbd  can fetch 2,600 monthly rental income.  if only the old folks collect rent and stay with their children.
