CPF versus CASH

Hi, I would appreciate advice on whether to use cash or cpf for trading. I understand that it is more costly to use cpf.  Which is the agent bank that offer most attractive charges for trading using cpf ? Is it better to use cpf for long term investment ?  Please advise. Thank you.
