okay, u  decide based  on your own strategy okay roti. I took profit once @3.10 last thurs on sar, when i decided to  re-s again at lower price  than my first entry (= higher risks),  i'd reasoned with myself to use that profit  as a buffer in the event if i need to cutloss  should the second trade turns out to be a wrong move.

added more shorts uh ? .. congras and gl to u :)

yea to second guess them will mislead our judgement.. but sometimes we just cant help it.. haha

to me 3.09-3.1 was the support last thursday and it is still today.. it will only be a resistance if it cant break 3.1-3.11 in a green day?

anyway i am not scared.. just worry tat i let my profit run away.. :x

tq for ur input master gaecia, i believe our shorts are safe at the moment

It already gapped down at opening this morning, scared of what?

Anyway i  feel this could be a mid term distribution peak for bbs to unload, yes i know you do not like to second guess them roti... but i added more shorts before closing last Fri on seeing that it cannot close green. 3.10 is the resistance since it cannot clear upwards of 3.11

You  relax ok, today's  spike at closing is mostly  short covering  in the last 10 mins. There isn't any significant new news on the coal industry  or Sar for that matter. For months China's drought crisis  and developed nations' coal demand has been splashed in the media (since March).    Global consumption  and peak coal  spot can't be  priced into the  markets  only now?  China and India are already seeing slower growth in manufacturing industries  on govt cooling measures. All depends on how you read this rather nonesensical cheong powered by the big boys. Never chase multi year highs  despite seeing high volume becos there's  buying and selling  acitivities from the institutional players.

ultra low volume on sgx today, faring worse than yesterday. I think that goes to show investors are simply too embattled by the stock market.
