THE Business Times had a full-page interview with four professors from the Nanyang Technological University this morning. The article titled ‘Lowdown on China stock markets’ discussed many aspects of the Chinese markets. The last Q&A is of more than academic interest to most readers. It is a prediction of a pre-CNY rally!

 

Try out this theory:

Downwards trend is spotted, China is gonna have a week holiday, EU rescued Greece, US profit going up, if I am holding stock, what should I do?

I think I would buy when Chinese sells, after they come back from holiday, the good news already happened and the price is already factored in during opening, so the increase of value goes to those who held shares before the holiday.

Lets see this theory is correct after CNY.

still cant  give up hope of a CNY rally har?  forget Midas lah !! :P

 

Buy Midas again at 0.955 today...if cannot make it again, will go mountian to find u

 

Dun mention, good luck on ur MIDAS... i used to like tis baby also.... now got training in mountain... coming down after all wave settle...

if u are using POEMS, u must open either SBL or CFD acct... dun short naked..

If you receive a notice of recall, you will have to return securities loaned by T+4 of the call. Essentially, this will mean that you will have to buy back the required securities if you have an open short position.
