Actually from the report, the gross profit is $180 million against the revenue of $460 Million. I am talking about gross profit, so ft means that for every $1 they spent abt 65 cents and made 35 cents. This to me is great business.

The ratio of revenue and gross profit is appx 37 percent. It is not 65 percent. But anyway I think it is potential as you said so. I believe this share is good for long term.

This is another reason why I say lau lan means lau lan... And also why many accountants and businessmen go "pok!" when playing the stock market... But they are good in their own respective professions, though...

| Not all players are accounting inclined like yourself Mr. Loyfam88. And not all investors are astute businessman like Cheongwee. If investor is an accountant and player is a businessman, both their views will be different from the ordinary retail players. so that is why there are people buying and people selling shares. |

| From a accounting perspective, their loss is due to impairment loss in UK operations. Impairment arises out of accounting treatment. Excluding this, they are making profit. To me, this is actually a good sign if you know how to read financial statement. |

This is clear cut of selfishness for own interest These
ppls r holding the shares and they entice others to buy
hoping to push up the share px. for them to sell. A very
good example, before CNY pre opening RWS. Many ppls got
stuck around $1.25. Trade with care.
freshmind, keep posting to share.

I have a same feeling that I have when the time the price hit above 1.20, there is still many ppl keep buying up to 1.30. If you look at the current situation, it is surprising some ppl still keep calling ppl to buy this shares after the report issued out. It's weird and i decided to stop here and leave this counter in short term. That's so many choice in the share market, don't play with the BBs when they try to make their big money from poor retail buyers or we may end up the big losers.

Some perspective. If they now have a one time gain but losing operational. That is more worrying as that shows the results is not sustainable.

Hopefully the impairment is one off.
Their ability to make money operational is very important for long term view.

The potential is great, that is why prices are moving up. The profit is "used up" for the other items not constituting the core business, I think so. But on the whole for every $10 GS received, it made 65 cents. Next round would be better if without such impairment.
This is not right.
