Be greedy when everyone feels fearful and be fearful when everyone feel greedy.  Don't panic and must understand the actual share value on hands.

alex,

how do you see current situation ?

djia drop so much yesterday nite, barely supporting/surviving 10,000.

if further drop will triggered fund manager to clear stock as many believe in the 'Sell in May & Go Away' .

this is a simple yet difficult advice to follow... thank you, u're one of the few respected guy here..

You can.

Make every trade a lesson. If you make money, ask why you make money? If you make losses, ask why you make losses and how to avoid the same mistake in the future.

After sometime, you'll see the market like a road map.

You'll know exactly where to enter and where to exit.

Just remember, everyone trade differently, you have to find your own trading style.

I'm a mid-term trader, my trading strategy is different form short-term traders.

Sold 1/3 of my holdings @ 98cts, is satisfied with the price although did not sell at $1.04 .

My strategy is to buy back this 33.3% at  91 cts & my average cost would be 60 cts. If price rise instead of falling, will sell another 1/3 @ $1.08 & buy back again at lower price. If up again, show hand...

Sure win case…..though I am not shorting but it is almost the same but with no deadline.

You want everyone to trade with emotion, but yourself.

90% of the market trades with emotion, 9% trade with strategy and 1% has inside information.

The 10% that trades with strategy makes 90% of the profit.

I trade with strategy, not emotion.

To start real trading without first doing any paper trading is dangerous.

Paper trading is just to create a trading strategy for yourself.

The problem that many people have, is not paper trading, but trading with emotion.

To be a successful trader, you cannot trade with emotion.

You must control your emotion and trade with your strategy.

If you cannot control your emotion, then it's better not to trade at all.

I posted this chart about a month ago. I gave a range of 1.015 to (my latest) 1.095 for wave (C) of B to complete. Looks like the completion is done or in its very late stage. So, expect C to fall another 5 waves before the whole correction since Jan is done completely. I would expect the bottom to be between 0.74 (61.8%) to 0.565 (where A=C) Smiley
