It is good to watch the market on the sideline. Do nothing, Look for good fundamental stocks that has not moved much from beginning of last year. If there are any such stocks,. then buy. If cannot find any, just stop and watch.
well, now that the prices are dropping drastically, for me i feel that it's still not a wise time to go in yet. stay put and observe a lil more. moreover, the share prices still a bit too high for my liking.

More than 70 percent of the counters are still in the post-crash prices of 2008 or have returned there after this March's rally. So I also think it is bargain hunting time.

Cheap? Take a look at the chart...
When you look at the price just last March ...
Will you still think it is cheap?
Do you think the present world situation is in reality any much better than it was in last March?
You will be shocked... electrified...and...
shivering in your pants when someone mentions the word "stocks" within your earshot...

depends on situation and doesn't matter (never play with empty funds), once get target profit, than sell.
