I doubt the company will request halt for this kind of news.This type of news usually can be promulgated after trading hours.This green initiative if implemented shld be applicable to all O& G exploration companies operating in Indon waters including Mirach Energy.

I over heard ramba was not approve by the indonesian govt, on their recent request , due to soil erosion and green initiative.

i would think it will be related to a) private offer of CEO stake or b) the strategic review conducted by PT Rothchild and DMG.
Let hope yours is right, but i would not hestitate to short it if turn out bad news.
