I tot the dividends is paid quarterly. Therefore it was 1.6c each quarter. Cheers!

How come cityspring pay 66m for management fee last year???? this is not logic at all...
But the profit like ikan bilis .... few like buy at current level....

At the current price, the dividend is about 8.7%. Isn't it wonderful? Loading up soon at 0.700, about 9.1% return.
