i like this picture , Tiger is a beautiful animal, but a pity people killed them for some parts of their body.
If they have plan for tiger air, they shld have plan for silkair.......and what about SIA? They fly only to moon and mars, and fly only for super rich who wants medical treatment while flying.......imagine, SIA flights with expensive health machines and doctors and nurses ........hahahah! LOL!

its a funny phenomenon here in singapore. everyone keep alot of faith with temasek and gic. If they own it, must be good. So tiger majority own by sia, sia under temasek stable. So tiger must be good cat. Just keep faith. True or not? Most people here are like that.
So tiger share price could be a reflection of that faithful belief. true/false.

This is something our airlines can fall back on should there be another crisis? Its good to keep this budget operation going...

When the time where a normal working class cant afford SIA airfare, budget airlines will be our priority choice.
not worth the risk to invest in tiger.. Payout vs risk. mismatch.. at 1.50 consider exp now at $1.70++ say might go to $2..
i agreed with 178investor.. Look at singtel list how many year ago and the price still at $3.
Would have multiplty a few times more if vest in some other counter... Study the business model and compare with all the other budget airline in the world .. Do a benchmark to see whether it justify for the premium.. It pays to do your homework.. or pay the price for a good lession is my advice..

Tiger cannot sustain when crude oil hovering >$80. Tiger is own by SIA, it will not let its sister rally so much than affect SIA stock price..There's is limit on how much it can go. In fact, jetstar is more profitable than Tiger.
