the only way I know is the Poems ETF, what is the paper ETF trade,how to do it. 

It's always cumbersome that there is no direct access to see the component of each ETF listed on the Poems. Where to get to see those ETF's prospertus

Can you tell me which are the few established gold mining company.

Please highlight if you know.
