Other than that, do study the Reits individually, look into their property profile, gearing ratio, debt maturity before making a decision.

they have all the reits data there, updated on a daily basis.
Yields, price, NAV, gearing etc. Very useful to make decisions.
There are so many reits in the market, how I pick which Reits to buy ? I intend to buy reits for dividend , is it right choice?
