Not "sa ke stick" (3 leg stick), it is fact ! No choice, once you bad on wrong horse, is like that , what to do, at least got back a piece of paper. My friend still use S$1 to laminate and frame up his FerroChina paper. This is life, look forward, look for another piece of green land to shelter lor !

Have you seen the script paper b4 or not ? You think they waste $$ to give you a certificate, it is a piece of paper slightly thicker than tissue paper, where got pain, you must be joking, can use for wiping and sneezing (soft tissue)! LOL.

It is not S-chip, saw the law suit last year, they are fine when the so call person-in-charge was sick or whatsoever to run the company, but they did not report to SGX and disclose to public. And all directors and family member just hide and presume the company is in good shape and happy collecting $$. I think MAS give them a heavy fine and the beans spills all over the street and the company is then in red. Roughly the story is like that, I think this is a local and S-Chip, thus MAS or SGX managed to fine them, if not they are far far in mainland ! I hope I remember the saga correctly. FYI.

FerroChina is delisted on 11 March with no exit offer.
ChuanSH will be delisted on 1st April with no exit offer.
