properties share

different grades of properties.. warehouse, shopping mall, industrial, office, residential... HDB, private, landed.. ..all behaving differently.

 

There seem to be little discussion on properties shares.

I like to hear views on say capitaland,keppel land etc...

IF spore properties prices are going up as what the papers say then surely properties share are worth a look?
