SPH AGM

1. Is there a requirement to pre-register for the AGM? I read from somewhere that certain companies require their shareholders to pre-register for the AGM.
2. What is the procedure like for the AGM?
3. Are shareholders expected to vote? What if we don't vote? I'm there basically to listen and gather some insights rather than to vote since I only have 2000 shares.
