Firich Enterprises Co., Ltd. ("FEC") took up 43,750,000 New Shares by way of a proposed private placement at an issue price of S$0.32 on 31 Jul 2007. Maybe at S$0.275(10% lower) is a reasonable price to buy and wait for it to goes to S$0.32.
