I just checked, it seems that CFD's are abit cheaper, 5% per annum int charged daily though. No mantainence fees. Used 1 free trade to long Wing Tai :P
Nope, I'm using margin actually and im paying 6% interest per annum. For cfd im not too sure, 2% a month?

apparently what i was told is that 5% per annum for net position held with 4.5 base rate and .05 sibor i only view the 10% margin on index components as attractive
Correct me if im wrong, but i think cfd you pay 2% interest per mth where margin is 6% per year?

sent you guys a PM
pm me.. im interested..
yes hotokee, friend is a broker there, offer specific only to his broking house. The market place among houses is quite stagnant, I like the way they are personal about their services and whats more you save some money
It is across the sgx brokerage houses? I doubt so. Maybe only one of them trying to provide better value added service to clients. Perhaps they realized that this is lacking here and wants to break the ice.
Sent you a PM :)
nope, its not exclusive or anything, you just have to contact the broker for the forms and i dont think he appreciates his contact details splashed on the internet.
Why must PM? Is it very exclusive?
yes it is, its $1 for the first 5 trades only though, but you still have to pay gst and sgx clearing fees
sure so good $1.00 per trade?
Anyone had any experience with CFDs? I heard its like margin trading and its more efficient for capital , does anyone have any experience with this? Or should i just stick to cash trading?
Yup thats what my friend suggested but i opted for the safer route of clearing my odd lots
FOR FIRST 5 TRADES ONLY LA...
Where ?? buy sell 1 bid also can earn money !!

Guys, recently found this promo out from a friend. I asked if the deal was still $1 for any trade size and they said it was. So if you have 100 lots Wilmar its still $1. For me im going to clear my odd lots.. Otherwise its really not worth it. PM me if you want the details.
