No wonder there is a saying that if everyone is buying you should be selling because you are the minority. Vice versa being true too!!WoW!!!
So don't ask me why your shares always stop short of your purchase price by a tiny margin. Hope you understand now.
From my experience "gambling" shares, though the original purpose was called investing in shares, it is not easy to make money in the stock market. So no matter whether it is cheap or not cheap, there will always be price movements for the benefit not for the stock players but for the institution, brokerages and manipulators of the market. All these movements are adjusted streamingly according to overall or average positions of players. As an example, if the average positions bought of the players are say $1 million, the price will change slowly to $900K for the BBs to rake in $100K book profits. Conversely when the average positions are say SOLD $1 million, then the price will adjust itself so that the total becomes $1100K for the "crooks" to make $100K. This is theoretical and the amt is not just $100K, it should well be by the millions. All these are computer activations and programmed. I am not BS-ting and since you are newbies, you should know the dangers and don't anyhow ask what to buy and which share to go in. You gamble only based on these actions of pushed ups and pressed downs. Happy gambling!!

Sorry I can't find cheap blue chip though there is certainly! But I 'll pick CHINA JISHAN consider potential good strongly recommended penny stock as you requsted while in fact it is the Top no:5 PRC's print and dye textile industry related sector and BLUE CHIP in its business nature, though it is a penny stock in SGX capital market due to the price has been depressed to less than Sgd. 0.10 and it is not discovered yet by market its business positive expansion and protential generating fast profit growth in later stage of running its business activity!!!
