How to withdraw?  The Chinese got to unload and flood the world market with US$ bonds at dirt cheap prices.  The Chinese economy will be one of the first to melt, with the rest of world joining it soon!

May be the Americans will love the idea of buying back its bond at the price of 10 cents for each dollar???

Hyperinflation? Ha. ha.. ha...

You mean people can be so dumb as not to detect the Chinese's gradual disposal?  1%, 2%, 5%  ... 10%, the alarm bell will ring ... price sinks and there goes the value of the remaining 95% or 90%!

And lets assumed the impossible and ultra naive scenario of the Chinese managed to fully withdraw the funds and bring it back.  What would happen?  In the words of the Chinese Government's economists, the PRC economy would collapse under hyper-inflation!

"9/11 Aerial Photos - USA most humiliated day!"

Giving you the benefit of the doubt and will assume that your choice of the word "humiliated" was in ignorance of its true meaning and completely inappropriate in reference to this tragic event.
