If Casino Genting Bhd likewise provide free tpt and freebie,

it will be very convenient for Singaporean to go to

Genting Highland casino.  I am very sure the response

will be very good. Anybody waiting for this opportunity?

Free transport and freebie are the attraction that entice Malaysian

to come down to Sentosa casino. Human nature, when things are

free, they certainly go for them. Malaysian ringgits also flow down

to Sinkapor

Now coming back to be listed again at a IPO px. of $1.30 per

Hi Anthony,

what I can gauge from here is MS has a duty as one of the underwriters to stabilize the share prices in the 1st few days after listing should prices fall below its IPO price.

this 30m shares are borrowed from the vendors

should the response to the IPO offer is good, this extra 30m shares will be allotted to subscribers.

of course, MS will get a fee for providing such services which should cover under the underwriting agreement between MS and the IPO company.

Make love more, don't make more enemies

The vendor has granted M.S. an over-allotment option of 30 million shares

in undertaking stabilising actions. The share price was not mentioned in this

respect. Is it $1.30 per share?  Anyone can share? If  the share price is very

much lower than the offer price of $1.30, than M.S. has the upper hand lor.

Different level ball game.

If PL hold 22.01%, VT - 30%, plus major shareholders,

than the nos. of shares floating in the mkt is very low.

Anybody has any statistics to share?

serene      ( Date: 23-Nov-2010 21:09) Posted:

Cai Sheng Ye PL converted another 50+ mil of warrants into shares, and currently holds 22.01% of total outstanding shares. This shows that he is still vested in this Co. and definitely has plans for it. Caveat Emptor.

Convert warrants into shares to increase his stake.

That's a good sign but here again, anything can

happen in the market. Like one forumer said,

buying into this stock is buying hope, cheers

Gaastra, I agree with u that PL won't sell. If he want

to exist, he could have sell at $0.18. Anyway, have to

watch the majority shareholders for further action.
