today ipco has the highest shorts, even more than WE holdings which shorts constitute only less than 10% of total volume.. it doesnt make sense to me.. it's not as if ipco has shoot up to sky high recently like WE holdings, to justify why ppl has shorted.. the shorting is abnormally high and it seems to me some BB has been shorting for the past few weeks to prevent the price from shooting sky high.. wonder why.. maybe some BB just want to buy and sell for 1 bid..
