But based on what you provided, it might seem that 114m is in non-current assets (2.4 cents).   As non current assets are not easily disposable, and plant & equip may be subject to depreciation and impairment.   We have heard and seen, total write-off by some companies of their non tangible assets before.   Thus unless the company has huge reserves, then the possibility for general offer or privatization is feasible.   My thoughts only..   Cheers..
