there is another article, they plot graphs showing Bond yield over long period and compare with 'stock' indicating bond yield is too low in US and thus suggesting money will flow back to stock.  Just for a change.  no harm reading..

oh ha ha, i am patience....

just ignore using mediafire,

use this simpler method:  another free hosting website :

http://www.freeimagehosting.net/ 

once upload your file ( must be less than 3MB), the image and many 'Url' appears. You should know which is the one for display on SJ forum, hahaha

here is just my trial on the website., it works.

I think  I  may see the problem you explained when using .bmp image file.. May be it wont work with bmp file.

So I convert the file to jpg file, and it works out well. 

I hope you are familiar to use standard software such as Irfanview or other software to convert file from bmp to jpg.

Using jpg file, by your mediafire website, once you download is complete, the mediafire does a verification process and at the end of this verification you see the  page shown exactly the same as shown in the following URL, 

what you do is to click this url, http://www.mediafire.com/upload_complete.php?id=ziryzny9mt5

or copy to your browser and see how it looks like, you can see the photo there, as long as you can find the image location ( URL) that is inside mediafire website, you can copy to SJ forum's Insert/Modify Image button.

so,  try using jpg file.  hope this helps

baseerahmed, second try on your second method:   

as usual upload on mediafire, tehn when completely verified, screen popup, go and click "view full image", your uploaded image will show up, now bring mouse to this image, right click to view property and copy the location, or just select copy image location so that you get the URL

now come to this SJ forum, click the button Inser/Modify button, copy the URL, click preview, when the picture show up, bingo...

below is my trial, image is below, hope this help.

huatah, i know you disposed off your  shares already from earlier post. what I read seem to say they reason since the LF business was in loss since year2000 and they could not see a light ( due to continue high cost of raw material like copper  and others)  thus they decide to dispose the business and its asset  to a HK listed company called UPI.

JTH , under new management , has shifted core business into commodity, real estate, etc and Board of Directors seem to agree LF is no longer its NEW CORE business. Disposal of LF business means  'CUT LOSS' so that the loss is no longer hurting its bottom line.  On other announcement , you would have read that they have 'profit of 8.8Millions on purchase and sales of the JB land, just think about this : what is 8.8 million profit ( before tax) compared to LF business of 32 million revenue a year and lost 3 millions? After the disposal , it seems they do not need to BLEED on LF business. Then they can focus on new business .  That means good for JTH. This is my opinion only. Each person had their interpretation.

timewatch, you may want to read this article from fundsupermarket about this subject. Remember equity and bond are fighting for the pool of money. the recent world wide sell down might mean money flow from equity to bond heavily , driving up bond price ( dropping bond yield).

x 0 		jason, well said... i read also that oil dealing had good potential. furthermore, there is a report about they now deal direct with Russian rather go to intermediate party, the impact is not understood, but that should be very good as intermediate party's commission would become pure profit to Jade.

hello jason6833, I want to clarify you statement of msia land. it is not correct to say its worth 8 mil. the correct one is Profit before tax is $8.82 million.


I read the 2007 annual  report, page 60, just type here ( you can search sgx website too)


On september 26, the company announced the purchase and sale of land in Johor, malaysia. On 27 october 2007, the company announced that SGX-ST had on 26 October 2007 grant a waiver from the requirement under listing Rule 1014 ( in compliance with Listing Rule 107) to convene a Shareholders' meeting to approve these transactions.

The completion of the purchase and sale of the land is expected to give rise to a profit before tax of approximately $8.82 million..
