Gold has broken US$900 convincingly, next resistance is around US$925. With oil continuing to set new records, gold cannot stay down for long. US$1200-US$1500 may be possible next year.

when will that happen? nobody knows..... as per say..... what goes up will come down and what goes up so fast will come down very hard (OIL Price) but when???????

Talking about NTA, PSC comparing to KXD case is far far different.

KXD's NTA at Sgd. 0.156 while the price now at Sgd. 0.02 which is discounted by 87.18%, while having quite substantial retained earning which is not yet ready to be distributed as dividend???

The net tangible asset is 36.6 cents and the shares traded at 31 cents.  No dividend given.  It is about time share holders makes lots of noise.  Management should at least give a good dividend of say 10 cents, this would have reduce the  NTA to a fair value in relation to its share price.  Must get SIAS your friendly watchdog to champion the cause.

 You are right, Euro will cut its interest rate to maintain its export competitiveness and at the same time to jack up the sluggish domestic retail sales, also a sign of tame inflation has been anticipated so far. Hence, global equity market will run into mild rally entering this 2nd quarter, DJ reaching 15,000 or above within this year will be on its path!!!!!!!!

Long awaited Jishan news........

Today A.G.M. indicating better profitable prospect throughout 2008 than the previous year. Thanks to the strategic business operation reformation focusing on fabricating processes which Jishan has maintained its competitive advantages against its peers and as a core and more net income generated from this services/factory operation. RMB currency appreciation will no longer a set back towards the company profit margin as more sectoral business operation faster revenue growth domestically, rather than its export orientated sectoral operation. Hence, its share price back to Sgd. 0.16 hoding for mid term would not be impossible! Possible of Bonus issue on the card too.(CAVEAT EMPTOR)
