x 0 		Yeah... looks like the vote by the Norwegian Govt is the deciding factor to me... If the vote is NO, then CF got chance...

....The Board would like to announce that the Offeror will amend the terms and conditions of the Voluntary Cash Offer and will be increasing the Offer Price of the Voluntary Cash Offer from NOK53.85 to NOK 59.70, so as to match the competing bid of NOK 59.70 by Cermaq ASA...

Personally, as of current situation, I don't think CF will eventually be successful even with this revised offer. But I think CF is giving it a try...

China Fish is holding  9.9% stake in Copeinca. Personally I hope  China Fish  would withdraw its acquisition offer & not up the offer. Let us see how China Fish respond.

New Yangzi Pens Kamsarmax

China's privately-owned shipyard Jiangsu New Yangzi Shipbuilding has won a newbuilding order to build up to five kamsarmax bulkers from Callimanopulos group.
An official from the Greek owner said the company recently placed an order for firm three 82,000-dwt bulkers and additional options for one plus one units.
The firm newbuildings are to be delivered in August and October of 2015 and January 2016 respectively.
Callimanopulos did not disclosed the price, while industry player estimated the ship to value around $26m apiece.
Meanwhile, the Greek owner bought a pair of 81,000-dwt bulkers from Danish owner Norden in November 2012, valued around $44m en bloc, after a long absence from the bulker arena.

WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) -- The White House " would not be surprised" if North Korea launches a missile, White House spokesman Jay Carney said Friday (5 Apr 13). Asked about reports that North Korea had moved missile launchers to its east coast, Carney said a missile launch " would fit their current pattern of belicose, unhelpful, and unconstructive rhetoric and actions. We urge them to stop with the provocations."

In the meantime, the Board wishes to advise Shareholders to exercise caution in their dealings in shares of the Company and to refrain from taking any action in relation thereto, until they have sought their own financial and legal advice where appropriate.

Qatar Investment corporation agreement news seems haven't release yet.

Also, sources said the shipowner secures additional options for four of same size at the yard.
Frontline 2012 is aggressively investing in newbuilding capesize fleet and has placed most of orders at Chinese shipyards, such as SWS, DSIC, and Yangzijiang Shipbuilding. If the owner firms up options and those signed by LOI, then it would have a total of 32 capesize bulkers on order.


Both news are last two days and seems more order will be seeing soon.

Today closing price  was 0.545...  ie, Sound Global is trading at around 8.4x PE ratio which is  more than 40% discount to its peers’ average of 15x PE. I think Sound Global is  relatively cheap.

If they don't " mau" , how can they become rich by playing kacang puteh tikam-tikam?
