Possibel..previously also bought around 10-11cts and subsequently sold at 22cts...holding steady 12-12.5cts it seems sell queue is lesser now,pple are prepared to hold for the dividends

I agreed with edot4ni. Citydev has up too much at this economic compare to our dear Kepland. So my guts tell me Kepland is a better choice too.

After all we should buy blue chips when their price are low, its better. Just my point of view.

You can consider quality. Citydev is a Straits Times Index component stock while KepLand is not. If you just want to go for many lots, you compare it with China Energy. 30 lots can give more than 3 lots of KepLand.

NOL is not profitting in recent quarter. Will we see last time Chartered (with last time pricing, not this current charter with 10 lots consolidation) in them? Their Price keep going down.

Does NOL worth investing now? Can anyone advice?

If everything goes smoothly, this baby should be able to up til 0.18.

After all the XD date still quite far away. But of course dong feng (& that the US stock good news) is required to further boost & push its price to a greater height. If dongfeng really comes, i thk price above 0.20 is not even a problem.

x 0 		Quite agreed with u. Commodities rally well in good economic. Good economic represent growth. With growth, agriculture & oil will than up in demand. The rally we been seeing most likely are due to investor speculating the share. So becareful, don't get stuck.

 Not likely to hit 70 in near term if not might be looking at the next crisis. Panic start again. Like hit by a tsuinami follow by a earthquake...

Economy Havnt recover oil price go up. I think gov all over the world will try to bring it down.. If not might choke the recovery.... (So my view is not likely to happen in near term, or countries will prevent it from happening...) Good for all of us...

If yesterday US stock up, emm this little brother sure shoot up abit today. Emm anyway it represent a good opportunity to those that haven't vest in.
