The previous " 新 国 十 条 " measure imprement on april 2010 have actually take effect and prevent the property pricing from further rising for at least one year plus, and only recently which property have just start to show the strength new measures which will be kick in. What worst might be when " 新 国 十 条 " is imprement China GDP is still above 10%, but currently only start to recover from the decline, thus the property market might be heavily hit, and will this affect other sector might still be questionable, but not too sure how heavily as this will depend on the " 两 会 " .

I do not mean to offend you, for transparent, fair and legal purposes. Have you ever thought:
1. Is there any penalty by YZJ, if CITI not to exercise the warrant fully when the time due?
2. Is there any penalty by YZJ, if CITI not to push the price to about Sgd. 1.56 as you said?
3. Any consequent cost beared by YZJ & or by CITI to the SGX controller, if the share price is not achieving about > Sgd. 1.50 at the due date, to protect the market player's interest?
Care to share your view and comment please.

Noticeably, it seems to me, China Jishan is on its path trying to be much more activated in trading activity lately, so it is worth to watch its coming uptrend movement in no time! While, waiting its expected dividend announcement, if any.
