Just now, you should have bought WILMAR at S$6.50 and sold off its peak of S$6.96.

It was so S L O W & S T E A D Y  moving slowly in each direction one at a time.

On Thursday, 13 August 2009, starting from 2:00pm, there was a Spectacular Demonstration of WILMAR share price rising like an escalator from S$6.50 to S$6.96 and also retreat like and escalator after S$6.96.  The transaction volume was extremely low.

The MOST interesting part is that all Funds Managers are HANDS-OFF on WILMAR on its rise and DID NOT SHORT it down on its fall!?

WHO can understand this MYTH?

Please ADVISE.

YANG is young and has GOOD CUSTOMERS' support to OVERTAKE COSCO.  It was reported that its management promised to distribute 30% of full year profits by year end.  That will be a FAT BONUS for shareholders.  It may be TURBO to OUTDO COSCO's previous record of S$8+ by 2010 and beyond.

Is there any SGX Regulations on Shipping Trust's Profit Distribution to be 100% or at least 90%?

DPU at more than 2 cents per quarter at this share's price is Heavenly especially when it takes priority over loan repayment.

Management must be GOD.

It is TRUE that the market maker QUEUE EARLY wiht HUGE VOLUME on both the SELL and BUY QUEUES.   This is to create FEAR so that the SELLER will SELL at low BUYER PRICE and BUYER will BUY at Higher SELLER PRICE.  Investor's CLEAR THINKING and EXECUTION PLAN is very IMPORTANT.  For Emotional Investors, they should join an Investor Club to stabilise and CALM their emotions.

Now that every Broker has Integrated Trust Account for its Securities Account Holder, CPF Investment Account is a bothersome Duplicated Account withOUT any additional benefit but incurs additional cost.  Especially now that every bank is also in the Securities business.

What is the objective of the CPF Investment Bank?

It is an Investment Barrier which slows down investment response, imposes illiquidity, incurs unnecessary costs and diminishes the investing capital for the investor.

It is an illogical and redundant function which adds no investment value to the investor.

It is timely to eliminate this layer of "FAT" (SPARE TYRE) out of the CPF Investment Cycle.

Raffles Education must be not good in Investment, credit, debt management education.  Though very good in Placement Education, it has a lot of DEBT WORRY.  Raffles Education appears to be entangled by Sub-Prime Investment.

One Placement at S$0.381.

One Placement at S$0.62?

Either PetroChina or someone else is picking up SPC shares One-By-One, Day-By-Day at cheap bargain prices from S$6.13 to S$6.15 which is cheaper than S$6.25.  Actually no one should sell below S$6.25.  Take it or Leave it!  Why waste time selling and incure brokerage?

SINGAPORE IR is umpteen times more UNIQUE and SPECIAL than the NINGBO Raffles City  (simply a commercial complex, if you have seen it in SHANGHAI).

With Holding Power, there is NO FEAR in your Genting Singapore SCRIPTS.

Just go to the National Library to borrow a book on RIGHTS.

READ the book on RIGHTS.

The fundamental principle of RIGHTS is

"ALL the RIGHTS are NOT RIGHT!"

RIGHTS may be even WRONGS!

WE DON'T KNOW WHAT WE DON'T KNOW.

For any good RIGHTS, something sovereign would pick them all up.

Nobody leaves good things for the public, folks say.

When a company needs RIGHTS for Working Capital, the company's Operations are NOT Working.  Otherwise, every company would issue RIGHTS.  WHO is the JOKER using RIGHTS for working capital!?   It is just like borrowing money to pay for Daily Groceries, Utilities and Rents!

When a company makes profits, it is CASH FLUSH.

The company will either issue BONUS SHARES or Distribute CASH BACK.

Check out TM (Telecom Malaysia) which just CASH BACK MYR1.00 for every share to its shareholder.

That is AWESOME CORPORATE GOVERNANCE.

Where got such thing as using RIGHTS for Working Capital?

Every company must sustain its Opertaional CASH INFLOW as Working Capital and for Dividend Payment and Most of all for AWESOME CASH BACK.

What happened to the Operational CASH INFLOW when a company made sales and especially profits?

So, WHERE are the SALES REVENUE and PROFITS?

Are they just PAPER REVENUE and PAPER PROFITS if they are NOT in CASH?

I hope NOT.

TODAY, CASH is KING and NOTHING ELSE!

REMEMBER!
