FYI - Latest News from CNA: China unveils strategy to fight global warming
Posted: 04 June 2007 1325 hrs.

The report compiled a host of previously announced environmental and economic policies aimed at fighting global warming.

Among the key policies, China pledged to boost its energy efficiency by 20% by 2010.
The percentage of renewables in China's energy mix will rise from about seven percent currently to 10% in 2010.
The report was released two days before President Hu Jintao attends the G8 summit of industrialised powers in Germany, where global warming is expected to be one of the most fiercely debated issues.

x 0 		Mr Tan Choon Wee (CE Dir) a very good kaki of Credit Suisse, so Credit Suisse fully supported him one and Credit Suisse is pumping $35mil to buy up 49% of Yima power plant, so CEnersave can own 100% of Yima. Credit Suisse has alot of $$$, what is few apperciated cents if it equities in venturing into CE is appreciated by value adding an increases in capital gain, so there is really somethings those BBs can see...given that by year 2010, another 20 power plants or another word. CE profit will be rising by lap and bound and who can tell once those BBs getting together for a meeting to see what further value can enhance those value that they vested, surely share holder oso wanted to share those fruit and unlock it value once shares become a multi-bagger...:))

Just did applied from my flavourable ATM less $2/- for commision.

Chances is 1 is to 99 for 1 lot (those apply for 1 lot)

Chances is 2 is to 99 for 2 lots (those apply for 2 to 9 lots)

Chances is 3 is to 99 for 3 lots (those apply for 10 to 99 lots)

Chances is 4 is to 99 for 4 lots (those apply for 100 to 499 lots)

Chances is 5 is to 99 for 6 lots (those apply for 500 to 999 lots) and

Chances is 6 is to 99 for 8 lots (Those apply for 1,000 lots and above)

ABOVE IS JUST A EXAMPLE GUESS WORK......

Today morning some BBs bot up 195c, hopefully other BBs oso follow up, volume has been encouraging and not a one day affairs.

FYI: It share has seen appreciated steady-ly since April 07, from 14c ++ to 165c, now starting June07 is trading at 195c, by Aug07 then, prices may contiune to appreciate, steady as it goes...as some BBs like Dubai Investment not oni holding it, but exactly is still going in, so is other share holders and Directers.Smiley

Yes, been in and out making small kopi money, co's my $$ is limited to thing like CE placement at 165 cts and on some IPO stuffs.

Will take notes, co's  i'm more focus into mkt trading condition with view to it background and has frequently monitering CE rather then on it report, is my remisier flavour, will need his help B4 redirecting, don know must pay for the report or not..if it is free for all, will further post to share more info here. anyway thank for ur interest in CE.Smiley

Posted, written and spoken not w/o basic.....thou..0.25cents is my TP. S&P TP is very much alive...Smiley Due to huge demand for electricity and greening the world, it is putting much upward pressure on price increases on it supplies & demand for selling carbon credit as well is making, progressing very well.Smiley

 Not highly recommended for speculative short term punters wishing to make big bucks.

In a 26-page report on China EnerSave released last month, research firm Standard & Poor's forecast that the group will make a net profit of $18.6 million this year, or almost four times its earnings last year. But this assumes a 51 per cent stake in the Yima coal power plant (Take note that CEnersave is buying up another 49%, taking it to own 100% of Yima coal power plant). And 2008 will be the year when the biomass projects start to chip in to the bottom line. S&P, whose report is paid a fee by China EnerSave, reckons the group could rake in $24.5 million.

At $18.6 million forecast earnings for 2007, China EnerSave is trading at about 10 times that. And for 2008, the multiple is 7.6 times.

I personnal noted such coverted notes been done by BBs in CEnerasve, prices converted previously, for eg: last year, 2006 at about 0.13cts, now trading at 185-19cts, a 50% premium in equities profit, giving the sure thing that is moving in CEnersave, year ending trading prices will be worth more then it current trading price.

But for a Non-Interest bearing Convertible bond (Notes), it is not paying any interest at all (I deduce that from its description), why are people still buying them ?

Converting them into shares at their price that they are comfortable within certain munbers of years from within the written bond agreement, but at certain price, for eg: CEnersave may trade at 18cts today, later maybe reading at 20cts and if bond holding think CEnersave is seen to be rising steady-ly. it will be better for in this case, for Credit Sussie who is hoding $35mil bond been issuing to them to covert at an early stage rether then later stage, but there also an agreement written into it to convert bond w/o interest and within a set price nor below say 18cts or say 195 cts. All this will be decide by BBs, so CEnersave trading will eventually price steady-ly upward and with news of electricity px increases and world leaders eyeing to GREEN this world plus selling carbon credit and so on...Hummmm.......hope it help U to understand better what is going on and why CEnersave price don spike up, co's if price shoot up, bond holdersSmiley will have to more....hope it help.
