Taisan IPO at $0.24 with PE ratio of 4.7x (low PER), prospective wise, can get 6x-8x PE upon listing, about $0.30ct plus, plus upon trading on 1st day or >6 cent profit. Slightly better then Chinaeratat IPO, another CNA (Channelnewsasia) indicated more ipo coming, IPO market is still placid and expected to pick up years-end. Meanwhile Sino construction is IPO-ing at 0.39 cents each, offering 152,698,000 shares, closing on June 10.

The Incredible Shrinking Condo (I m living in HDB flat anyway), as construction cost kept going up, a tiny studio under construction near Farrer Park may well be the smallest private apartment built in S'pore (13units). The units - part of Kent Residence in Kent Road, space size 312 sq ft, the size of half of squash court is target at young single and property investors..anyone interested?. (Just FYI)

Thk to property boom at the high in 1996,Unit build is getting smaller n smaller and price getting higher n higher, today most are built by boutique developers n have under 100 units, selling for $1,000 to $1,600 psf

KL ponder on double the petrol px to $RM 4/- on their pump within 50km, come August 08, (it will work against their very own ppl's where earning a living will be similar as S'pore), more hard work and longer working hours. Don't work for a single day oso cannot, shorted rest day as it will be has a rippling effect into their every life for all Johoreans, things will be over nite becoming alot more expensive then or as the same effect like us....

	Opportunities strike here for been speculative as 15 ct is yet tobe arrive. Just my tot. This maybe familar to readers. 15ct is the bench mark as reference and if anything that goes wrong then, then prices might be even be less then offered, so till then worst case scenario is a possibility.
